That's right! We've finally moved the Topsites page from Phantom Comics 2 to Phantom Comics Revolution! This Topsites page is different though. It gives you the chance to rate the sites that are in PCR's Topsites page! So if you have time now, we advise you to go there, and check out the new page for yourself, and rate them as well!
