On Sunday, April 22 2007 - While Thousands Gather in NYC’s Rockefeller Plaza to Celebrate Arrival of Pokemon Diamond & Pokemon Pearl, Millions More Joined the Excitement at www.pokemon.com by watching the live 4 hour stream.
Nintendo and Pokemon USA celebrated the launch of the new Pokemon® Diamond and Pokemon® Pearl games for the hand-held Nintendo DS™ system with an afternoon of festivities for gamers and Pokeon fans of all ages. The games have already sold millions in Japan, and pre-orders have already topped 500,000 in the U.S. Based on these numbers, Nintendo expects Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl to be among the top-selling games for 2007.
